Anna, 4th grade in Blue Ash Elementary. A selection from Piano Discovery
Today, I played accompaniments on the piano for the student of a cello teacher, Eunjung. (She is also my duo partner for ceremony music service.) It was very interesting to see how cello studio recital is organized. Different sizes of cellos is similar to the violin studio but different sizes of chairs was quite something. Young students had to bring their own chairs. So cute!!!
I have Igudesman & Joo DVD available in my studio for rental. If any of you would like to rent this to see what these musicians do, you are welcome to take it home for a week. Enjoy!!
Here are the pictures of the rehearsal with them and after the concert. Great fun to meet them and play their musical ideas.
Over the last Spring Break, I traveled to children’s museum in Indy and saw these musical instruments from Egypt.
I have attended the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra concert with Sarah Chang as a soloist. She played Barber violin concerto.
